BOARDING PASSES/CHECK IN 55 people purchased airfare through the group with Southwest Airlines.  We will reserve boarding positions for this entire group 24 hours in advance of the flight.  Each person will need to obtain their own boarding pass at the Southwest ticket counter at the airport.  Southwest recommends arriving at least 90 minutes before departure time.  Persons with a drivers license, including players under 18, should bring that as proof of ID.  Children 17 and under traveling with parents do not require identification.

BAGGAGE Each passenger may check two baggage items not to exceed 50 pounds each.  For Southwest baggage policies go to: https://www.southwest.com/html/customer-service/baggage/.

D-POLE AND GOALIE STICKS Following the Park City game goalies and d-poles should remove their stick heads and put their poles in ski bags or boxes provided.  D-poles and goalies should pack their stick heads in their own luggage.

PLAYER VANS The Whites and Eggers will be driving two 15-passenger vans for the players during the trip.  On game days we would like all the players to travel in the vans to activities and to arrive together as a team to our games to warm up.  Players may travel with their parents on other days.  We just ask that you inform both the Whites and Eggers if this is the case.

EQUIPMENT VAN Ben Adams will be driving a U-Haul equipment van on game days to transport player gear.

HOTEL BREAKFAST For those that booked their rooms through the team there is a hot sit down breakfast each day.  Due to the size of our group we have specific breakfast times each day that are indicated on the itinerary.

PARKING AT BALTIMORE INNER HARBOR AND WASHINGTON DC Parking can be a challenge to find and can be expensive.  www.bestparking.com is a great website to identify best parking options before you arrive.

METRO On Friday and Sunday families may prefer to use the METRO trains to travel to Washington DC.  There is a METRO station one mile from our hotel that has free parking.  See www.wmata.com.

PENN STATE vs. MARYLAND LACROSSE GAME 73 $4 group tickets for this game have been purchased for all the players, coaches, and anyone else that indicated they wished to go.

FOOD AND SPENDING MONEY Everyone is responsible for 10 meals during the trip (6 lunches and 4 dinners).  $100 for food is recommended.  Please make sure you budget your food expenditures to last the entire 10 meals.  If desired, bring additional money for souvenirs.
